Coming to iPhone & Apple Watch
The running plan that fits your calendar.
Intelli Run finds time for your runs between meetings, moves them when the weather or your day changes, and shows you whether you're keeping up.
Free to join. One email when the beta opens, one at launch.

How it works
- 1
Set a weekly goal
Pick how many runs and how much time. Intelli Run suggests a starting point from your recent runs in Apple Health.
- 2
Get your week planned
Every Sunday it finds open slots between your meetings, leaves time to change and shower, and picks the best weather. Book them all in one tap.
- 3
Let it keep up with you
Rain coming, or a meeting landed on your run? You get a better time to accept or skip. Missed one? It finds room to make it up.
Questions
Which calendars does it work with?
Google Calendar, iCloud, Outlook and Exchange, plus any other calendar on your iPhone. You choose which calendar your runs go on.
Do I need an Apple Watch?
No. You can record runs on your iPhone, with an optional Bluetooth heart rate strap. Runs from Apple Watch, Garmin or anything else that writes to Apple Health count too.
Will it move my runs without asking?
Never. When the weather or your calendar changes, Intelli Run suggests a new time, and nothing moves until you tap.
Does it make training plans?
The first version plans your week around a goal of runs and time. Race plans for 5K through marathon are on the roadmap.
How much will it cost?
Recording runs and syncing to Apple Health and Strava will be free. Planning and automatic rescheduling will be part of a Pro subscription, with simple pricing and easy cancellation.
